Canada: Unemployment rate (Jul) fell to 7.0%

FXStreet (Edinburgh) - The Canadian jobless rate has ticked lower during July, falling to 7.0% from 7.1% previous and forecasted. The Net Change in Employment increased by a meagre 0.2K vs. forecasts for a 20.0K expansion. Further data showed that the Participation Rate diminished to 65.9% from 66.1%.
